Wildwood opening Brentwood

Tasty Plc, operators of the Wildwood and DimT group of restaurants, have secured the former Clement Josceline site on the high street in Brentwood, Essex.

Following a successful application for a change of use from A1 to A3, Wildwood are fitting out the restaurant and are due to open mid November. Two Michelin Star Chef, Michel Roux Jr. who has also secured a site on the High Street, will soon join them.

MKR Property acted on behalf of Tasty Plc negotiating a new 25-year lease at a rent of £75,000 pa on the 4,200 sq ft property.
