Pop Brixton operator Franzina Trattoria relocates to permanent Brixton site

Franzina Trattoria, a Sicilian restaurant specializing in schiticchio (small plates) and pitittu (sharing platters) has secured its first permanent site at 395 Coldharbour Lane in Brixton. The Brixton favourite, which is run by husband and wife team Pietro and Stefania, has swapped its Pop Brixton container for bricks and mortar.
 
The new 1,200 sq ft Franzina Trattoria sits opposite Brixton Market and is arranged over the ground and basement with a small garden at the rear.
 
MKR Property acted on behalf of the tenant, negotiating a sub-lease with Franzina Trattoria.
