Vietnamese operator BunBunBun opens second site in Kingsland Road

Vietnamese operator BunBunBun is now open and trading from their second site on Kingsland Road. Having first opened at 134 Kingsland Road in Hoxton in 2015 their latest opening is at 511 Kingsland Road in Dalston. BunBunBun specialises in Hanoi inspired Bun Cha, a dish consisting of grilled pork patties in a meat broth with white rice noodles, fresh herbs and crispy spring rolls on top.

The 815 sq ft ground floor restaurant is a stone throw from Dalston Kingsland overground station and previously traded as Mama Lan. MKR Property acted for Mama Lan negotiating an assignment of the existing lease ata  rent of £22,000 together with an undisclosed premium.
