Greek Street coming to Wimbledon Broadway for site No.4.  

19th September 2022. 

MKR Property, acting on behalf of Street Greek have negotiated an assignment of the existing 15 year lease on the former Dip and Flip at 62 The Broadway, Wimbledon, SW19. 

MKR Property negotiated a premium well below asking on the 1,300 sq ft fitted restaurant despite strong interest from numerous other operators. 

This is MKR Property's 3rd acquisition for Street Greek this year having also secured sites in Islington and Liverpool Street.
