Roti Chai for Charlotte Street

Roti Chai, The Indian Street Food concept, is due to open on Charlotte Street W1 having secured the former 950 sq ft Mizuna at 6 Charlotte Street. Roti Chai, who took an assignment of the existing lease at a passing rent of £40,000 together with an undisclosed premium is the brainchild of Rohit Chugh (former MD of the Cinnamon Club).

Roti Chai are due to open in 2015 following a complete re-fit and will sit alongside Barnyard, Obika, Roka, The Charlotte Street Hotel and others in what is one of London's most desirable locations.
