MKR Property secure fully fitted neighbourhood SW18 restaurant for Award Winning Cafe operator Parklife

MKR Property are delighted to have completed on a second deal with Parklife in a matter of weeks having secured the former Hoja restaurant at 62 West Hill, SW18. The 1600sq ft fully fitted restaurant is to become a Cafe and Bakery HQ which will supply all Parklife Cafes. A new lease and nil premium was negotiated in what was a competitive bidding process.
