Another Northcote Road Restaurant Sold, this time to Macellaio RC. After successfully negotiating the sale of Lola Roja at 47 Northcote Road for a premium in excess of £300,000 we were delighted to have been instructed by the same clients to discreetly market their other site, Rosita at 124 Northcote Road.

We approached a handful of operators and managed to agree terms at asking price within 10 days of going to market. Maccellaio RC, formed by Roberto Costa securing the site for the 4^threstaurant.
