MKR Property secure site no. 3 for Good Fortune Club

MKR Property are delighted to confirm that we acted on behalf of retained client Good Fortune Club in the acquisition of their third site. The latest opening at 91 High Street Wimbledon sees them taking the former Carmona Tapas restaurant. MKR Property negotiated a new 15 year lease on the 1,775 sq ft restaurant, subject to 5 yearly rent reviews, at average rent over the first 5 years of £96,250, together with 12 months rent free, £40,000 capital contribution and a tenant only option to break the lease at the 5th anniversary.
