MKR Property negotiates lease assignments on 2 Parsons Green restaurants

MKR Property are delighted to have acted on behalf of Boma Restaurants in the assignment of their sites at 271 New Kings Road in Parsons Green to Cocotte Restaurants and at 116 Wandsworth Bridge Road to Fisher Restaurants. In both cases premiums were acheived.
