Marugame secure the former Carluccio's in Waterloo Station following direct tender.

MKR Property, acting on behalf of Marugame Udon have negotiated a new lease on  the former Carluccio's in Waterloo Station. 

The 3,153 sq ft site located on the mezzanine level was secured in an off market transaction following a direct tender with landlord Network Rail. 

MKR Property are delighted to have acted for Marugame Udon making this our 6th acquisition for the brand following openings in Liverpool Street, Canary Wharf, O2, St Christophers Place and most recently on Argyll Street by Oxford Circus tube station.
