Marugame Udon secure St Christophers Place for third London site.

Acting on behalf of Marugame Udon, MKR Property have secured site No.3 for the brand. This time in St Christophers Place, one of London's top dining destinations.

MKR Property are absolutely delighted to have played a key part in securing 14-15 St Christophers Place. Not only was there fierce competition for the site but as a former Jigsaw retail unit there were a number of hurdles that needed to be overcome including planning for extract, additonal services (gas etc) and a new premises license.
