Marugame Udon is to open its 9th site on The Strand, London in Spring 2023. 

The International udon noodles and tempura restaurant brand, which is backed by Capdesia is now onsite fitting out the 4,250 sq ft property which is a combination of the former Jigsaw and Cool Britannia retail units.  

MKR Property were absolutely delighted to secure this stunning and prominent site directly opposite Charing Cross Station in what was another off market transaction. 

A new 15 year lease was agreed.
