Letting secured to Dark Kitchen operator Jacuna

MKR Property acting on behalf of Mama Lan Restaurants have secured an assignment of a lease on a central kitchen in Parkfield Industrial Estate Battersea SW11 to dark kitchen operator Jacuna Ltd. 

MKR were delighted to have secured such a great tenant achieving a premium for our client despite covid-19 having only just struck with very operators in the market.
