Liverpool Street takeaway lease sold to Kati Roll

MKR Property, acting on behalf of Street Greek have successfully negotiated an assignment of the lease at 7 Artillery Lane, E1 7JL for a premium of £65,000. 

Kati Roll who trade from one existing site in on Poland Street in Soho as well as 3 sites in New York secured the 700 sq ft unit.
