Las Iguanas Woking

Las Iguanas, the Latin American themed restaurant opened on Commercial Way Woking in March 2015. The restaurant, which forms part of Wolsey Walk Shopping Centre, is Las Iguanas first in Surrey and adds to their 35 strong nationwide estate.

Las Iguanas join other recent additions; Carluccio’s, Bills, Patisserie Valerie and Gordon Ramsay’s Tante Marie Cooking School who all form part of Woking Borough Council’s plan to regenerate the town centre.

MKR Property acted on behalf of Las Iguanas on the 4700 sq ft unit agreeing a new 20-year lease at a rent of £112,000 pa together undisclosed incentives.
