Neat Burger at 36  Buckingham Palace Road Victoria sold to new smashburger concept Foxy Mama

MKR Property, acting on behalf of Neat Burger—backed by Lewis Hamilton and Leonardo DiCaprio—has successfully negotiated the sale of Neat Burger’s lease at 36 Buckingham Palace Road, SW1W 0RE. The lease was sold for a premium exceeding the asking price.

The 1,545 sq ft unit, located adjacent to Pizza Pilgrims and opposite the sought-after Nova development, attracted significant interest. After receiving multiple strong offers, the lease was ultimately secured by a new concept from the creators of Olive & Mezze. Their upcoming smashburger venture, Foxy Mama, will take over the site.

Having originally acquired the site for Neat Burger, it was disappointing to see it sold, but MKR Property is proud of the outcome achieved.
