MKR Property are delighted to have acted on behalf of Popeyes in securing the former Foxtons at 37 The Town Enfield, EN2 6LA.

The 2,128 sq ft site, a former Pizza Hut with kitchen extract still in situ, was secured on a new 15 year lease at £75,000 together with 6 months rent free and a capital contribution to go towards Popeyes fit out works.
