Award winning vegan curry concept SpiceBox opens first site

SpiceBox was established by Grace Regan in 2016 and has quickly grown to be a formidable force amongst the UK’s street food and festival scene. With numerous accolades under their belt SpiceBox have opened their first permanent site in East London’s Walthamstow.
 
The 30-cover restaurant at 58 Hoe Street offers an array of plant based versions of both modern and traditional classics. Most popular dishes include the signature Jackfruit Jalfrezi whilst its tarka dhal was voted “Best Dahl in Britain’ at The British Dhal Festival 2018.
 
The menu also features ‘street bites’ (small plates) which include parsnip pakora with cranberry chutney. The brunch menu is also not to be missed with the singature dish being The Full Indian, a double stack of dosa waffles with spicy jackfruit beans, crispy Bombay potatoes, Indian guac and coconut sambol.
 
MKR Property acted on behalf of SpiceBox and are retained to secure further sites for 2019 and beyond.
