Cocotte to open site No.4 in Queens Park

MKR Property are delighted to have acted on behalf of solely retained Rotisserie Legends Cocotte in the acquisition of the former Caldo Restaurant, 79 Salusbury Road, Queens Park, NW6. 

MKR Property were succcessful in negotiating the simultaneous surrender of the existing lease with only 4 years remaining and the grant of a new 12 year lease.
