Kiri Kiriharan, owner of Cafe Rialto at 825 Fulham Road has closed it's doors after 7 years in order to focus on his wholesale business, Gelato Rialto. Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward have taken an assignment on the 1100 sq ft site at a passing rent of £49,988 per annum together with a premium of £80,000.
