Brew secure's Putney HQ, production kitchen and restaurant

Brew, the emerging all day antipodean café chain has secured its latest site on Lower Richmond Road in Putney. The site at 162-164 Lower Richmond Road previously traded as Cantinetta and will be Brew’s biggest to date featuring a wood fired pizza oven and a large terrace at the font ideal for al fresco dining. To maximise the space the site will also act as a head office and production kitchen supplying the others stores with freshly baked bread and cakes.

Brew currently trades from sites in Wimbledon Village, Old York Road and Northcote Road as well as internationally in Los Angeles and New York.

MKR Property, acting on behalf of Brew, negotiated a new 15-year lease on the 2,237 sq ft property at an annual rent of £50,000 together with an undisclosed premium.
