MKR Property secure letting to new cafe / co working concept August Bakery

MKR Property are pleased to announce our role in successfully representing 400 Rabbits in the sale of their lease at 4-6 Battersea Rise to August Bakery.

The transaction garnered significant interest, with a competitive bidding process ultimately resulting in an agreement with August Bakery, who proceeded without representation. The premium achieved remains undisclosed.

This marks the second successful lease disposal managed by MKR Property on behalf of 400 Rabbits, following the completion of their Nunhead site sale.
