MKR secure first site for new Tortilla food-to-go format

MKR Property have secured the former Muriel’s at 95 Putney High Street on behalf of Tortilla. MKR negotiated a new lease at £65,000 pax and nil premium on the partially fitted 824 sq ft A3 property. The 20 cover site is Tortilla's 35th and the first for Tortilla's new food-to-go format which still offers the same menu despite the smaller space

Tortilla opened mid November and is trading exceptionally well.
